For most people, securing a fairly paid and decent work is a priority. It’s a step away from poverty for families and source of government revenue in form of taxes which is used to pay for public services like health and education. Millions of Africans are unemployed or taken jobs that are insecure, with very low pay and bad working environment. Our ultimate goal is to advocate for investments that contribute to sustainable economic growth while improving fair pay, environmental protection, opportunities for women, youth and people with disabilities, and cracking down on forced and child labor.
